Your User ID is the barcode on your library membership card - be sure to include the uppercase X at the start. Your default password is your birthdate in one of these formats: ddmmyyyy, ddmmyy, dd/mm/yyyy, dd/mm/yy, dd-mm-yyyy, dd-mm-yy.
