Kiosk@Port is located in Port Douglas and was established following the decommissioning of the mobile library which served the Port Douglas community for almost 20 years. It was officially launched by Councillor Julia Leu on 30 March 2010.

The Kiosk is based in the Port Douglas Community Hall on Mowbray Street.

It has a small collection of 2,821 items including DVDs, CDs, newspapers and magazines. In 2010/11, 7 020 people visited the library, borrowed 12 273 items and placed 3 426 reservations.
